Property Boundary Adjustment Application
Dear Mr. Parsons:
On behalf of Sundance Investments, LLLP, we are pleased to submit the attached application and required
supplements for a property boundary adjustment request for four parcels.
The subject properties are identified as parcel numbers R1022760351, R1022760301, R1022760331, and
R1022760310. The properties are located within the Bonito Subdivision, east of S Bonito Way, west of S Eagle
Road, north of E Tarpon Drive and south of E Overland Road.
So that the proposed building avoids any property boundaries, we propose to reduce the number of buildable lots
by adjusting the property boundaries of the subject parcels. Consolidation of parcels R1022760351, R1022760301,
R1022760331, and R1022760310 into one single parcel as proposed on the attached site plan will coincide with
the proposed building for the site. The proposed property boundary adjustment will not reduce the property size
below the minimum dimensional requirement for the C-C zoning district.
