Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has finished its review and issued a final approval letter
or this proposed project; plans dated 9-30-20. NMID will have no further continent on this project as
long as there are no changes to these plans.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Districts Purdam Drain courses along the
northeast corner of this proposed project. The districts easement for the Purdam Drain at this location
is a minimum of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet (50') from centerline each side.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and
approved plan before construction is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal sw•face drainage leaves the
site, the NMID must review drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
