NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
The Land Group, Inc. for a Rezone of 7.15 acres of land from the R-4 to the R-2
zoning district and 28.89 acres of land from the R-2 and R-4 to the R-8 zoning district
and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 254 buildable lots and 29 common lots on 83.77
acres of land in the R-2 and R-8 zoning districts for Southridge South (H-2020-0083),
generally located south of W. Overland Rd., east of S. Ten Mile Rd.
The Land Group, Inc. for a Modification to the Existing Development
Agreement (Inst. #2016-060157) to include a conceptual development plan for the
subject property for Volante Investments (H-2020-0118), located at 2700 E. Overland
Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian,
ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by
texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the
public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by
following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.

said county of Ada, and in the vicinity of Meridian,

weeks prior to the first publication of this notice, a
copy of which is hereto attached.
