To whom it may concern: My name is Nathan Holden, I'm a resident at 2540 S Del Rey Ln, Meridian, ID 83642, located directly south of Project H- 2020-0083. I would like to make it known that I am opposed to this application. The development of that property continues to change, and the rezoning to higher density is very concerning. We purchased our home in 2018, and did our due diligence in researching the development plan for property associated with this application. Although we were not thrilled with proposed developments, we were accepting of it due to the lower density. The idea of so many additional homes being built on such small lots is far from appealing. I don't see how this benefits anyone but the developer. This appears to be all about money, and not what's best for the community. In addition, the traffic on S. Ten Mile Road is already an issue, and due to the developments on N. Ten Mile, the on and off ramps are often backed up and prone to accidents when accessing 84. The higher density housing will result in additional traffic and safety issues, as well as overall congestion. I understand the need for housing, and the development of that property, but I am opposed to the application to rezone to such high density housing. Thank you for your consideration of my comments.
