Lanark Dear Planning Staff, Platform is pleased to submit the above referenced project to the City of Meridian for a Boundary Adjustment associated with the referenced properties. KB Fabrication&Welding is relocating to 2675 E. Lanark which is currently bare ground. The proposed plans include construction of an 11,600sf Office and Shop Building and a 3,600 sf Paint Building with related site improve ments (CZC, DES A-2020-0129). As proposed, a portion of the Shop will straddle the property line between 2675 E. Lanark and 2681 E. Lanark. Bill Brown (owner of KB) owns both parcels. A Boundary Adjustment is required to construc t the proposed improvements. We respectfully request your approval of this Boundary Adjustment application.
