NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at
the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday, November 19,
2020 for the purpose of re-
viewing and considering the
following applications:
KM Engineering for An-
nexation of 1.01 acres of land
with a C-G zoning district for
2810 E. Franklin Rd. (Hw2020-
0097), located at 2810 E.
Franklin Rd.
The Land Group, Inc. for
a Conditional Use Permit
to construct a new church
facility built in two phases to
total 52,000 square feet and
320 parking spaces at total
build -out on approximately 7
acres of land on Lot 1, Block
2 of Poiema Subdivision in the
R-15 zoning district for Pole -
ma Calvary Chapel (Hw2020-
0095), located at 3727 E. Lake
Hazel Rd.
Wadsworth Development
for a Preliminary Plat con-
sisting of five (5) commercial
building lots in the C-G zoning
district for ownership purpos-
es for Wadsworth Meridian
Subdivision (H-2020-0104),
located at 3085 E. Ustick Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify
in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the
above -noted time and date.
Oral testimony may be limited
to 3 minutes per person. Writ-
ten testimony may be submit-
ted up to 72 hours prior to the
Public Hearing via mail or in
person to Meridian City Clerk,

AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
STATE OF IDAHO

SHARON JESSEN
of the State of Idaho, being of first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1.That I am a citizen of the United States, and at all
times hereinafter mentioned was over the age of
eighteen years, and not a party to the above entitled
action.
2.That I am the Principle Cleric of the Meridian Press,
a weekly newspaper published in the State of Idaho;
that the said newspaper is in general circulation in the
said county of Ada, and in the vicinity of Meridian,
Idaho and has been uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy -eight consecutive
weeks prior to the first publication of this notice, a
copy of which is hereto attached.
3,That the notice, of which the annexed is a printed
copy, was published in said newspaper 1 times(s)
in the regular and entire issue of said paper, and
was printed in the newspaper proper, and not in a
supplement
