As a resident of Tuscany Lakes subdivision I want to express my objection to the Compass Pointe application request for
such a high density at the corner of Victory and Locust Grove roads.
The property location is so small that no matter where the access/egress road is located with such high density it will
impact the above mentioned intersection in an unsafe and inconvenient way.
At rush hours traffic is always backed up 200 feet in all directions at this intersection and it continues to worsen with
growth to the south and west.
Please deny this application as too dense for this location.
