Dear Meridian City Clerk:
I’d like to add a comment for the Public Hearing tonight regarding the above
listed Project.
As the property owner of a neighboring business located at 650 W. Broadway
Ave., I am thrilled to see that this project is planned for our community. It will not
only upgrade our aging neighborhood, but provide a decent number of rentable
units in an affordable area of Meridian that has been long overlooked for a
freshening up.
I look forward to this project going forward, adding new life to our neighborhood,
and allowing families a local housing opportunity that would make Meridian a
place that they could work, reside, and raise their children.
