This effice will require a study to. assess the impact ef nutrients and pathegens to. receiving greund waters and/er
surface waters.
This preject shall be reviewed by the Idaho. Department ef Water Reseurces cencerning well censtructien and
water availability.
After written appreval frem apprepriate entities are submitted. we can appreve this prepesal fer:

The fellewing plan(s) must be submitted to. and appreved by the Idaho. Department ef Health & Welfare,

This Department weuld recemmend deferral until high seasenal greund water can be determined if ether
censideratiens indicate appreval.
If restroem facilities are to. be installed, then a sewage system MUST be installed to. meet Idaho. State Sewage
Regulatiens.
