After reading through the report and meeting with you today to discuss the conditions, we are in agreement and will
comply with all the conditions with the addition of the alley lots that we spoke about today. I think the mew/paseo
addition will be a great addition.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed AZ, PP, PUD, PS, ALT for Compass Pointe Subdivision, H-2020-
0100. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on December 3, 2020. The public hearing will
be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
