Regarding: Brody Square Tree Mitigation
Dear Gina Walter:
I have visited the site at the Brody Square Development project and in compliance with the Tree
Preservation Code I 1-3B-10 I have compiled the Required Tree Mitigation for the Landscape
Improvement Plan,please see below;
I have divided the property into 3 separate lots according to Adad County Assessor Map
• SO427332250-700"DBH(this includes the row of conifers,where I took an avg measurement&
multiplied it by the number of trees in the row,this portion of the canopy leaves room for further
negotiation if an attempt could be made to preserve other healthy trees on the lot)
R0982010000-189"DBH
• R0982000000-149"DBH
1038"DBH Total Tree Mitigation reauired for this nroiect.
The current plan does not show any effort or intent to attempt to"Retain and Protect'any of the existing
trees and incorporate them into the development,even though it appears to be feasible in some cases.It
would be a shame to lose this many healthy,mature trees during the construction of this project and I
would strongly encourage/recommend revisiting the plan to reconsider this as an option for mitigation.
Any trees Retained and Protected would count towards the total mitigation required.
