I would like to take a moment and thank Viper Investments for the work done on the
Pine Trunk Sewer Connector Project.
We appreciate your diligent work with our consultant, JUB Engineers, to obtain the
easement necessary to allow installation of the trunkline along the northern boundary of
the property.
We feel the City was treated extremely fair and we can't thank you enough for that.
