Traffic: I share the concerns of others regarding the location of the proposed entrance and the traffic which would be generated there. Others have shared that
it is often difficult to make a right turn from E Coastline St. It I know that it is very difficult to make left turns from E Ionia St most times of the day. Placing 50
units with a single entry/exit that is opposite Coastline would create a serious traffic issue. I would suggest that the only safe way for this entry to be placed here
would be to also install traffic lights at that location.
I am very concerned that many who find it too difficult to exit this development would take a detour by turning right and then passing through the Tuscany
Village subdivision and past my home on Murlo way:
