Subject:Very High Density Rezoning SW Corner Locust Grove & Victory Rds
Good morning, this is I regard to the rezoning for very high density condos at SW Corner of Victory or Locust Grove Rds.
Fifty, 2 car garages is going to over burden an already heavy traffic area. You have to live in the area to really feel the
impact this is going to have in our lives. Please don't decide to approve projects like this that are in already heavy traffic
areas. These need to be in less populated areas or walking distance to Downtown.
