Property Boundary Adjustment- Consolidation Application

On behalf of Bach Investments, LLC, we are pleased to present the attached application and
supplements for a property boundary adjustment-consolidation between the two parcels referenced
below.
The subject parcels are located at 3280 E. River Valley St. and 2480 N. Eagle Rd. in meridian and are
identified as parcels S1104233970 and S1104234076. The purpose of this adjustment is to create a
more desirable parcel configuration to accommodate future development. No additional parcels will
be created as a part of this application.
