At this time the building is just extra warehouse space for Scentsy. There won’t be a lot of trucks, mainly their own
vehicles moving product from one building to another.

Can you give me a little more detail about exactly what is going to occur in this warehouse? Just storage?
Manufacturing? Large trucks? Any onsite sales? Just storing product and shipping it from there?
