I copied you on the other email to Kristina, but Joe Bongiorno had requested an increase to the drive aisle in the front
parking lot and the gravel along the west side of the property extend to the back of the building. We have made those
modifications on the attached sheet.

And yes, that design is bad- they need to bring in an 8 inch main and T off for the hydrant.

Attached is Scentsy South CZC development review (Commercial & Eagle). I feel like there is a better way to not have
parallel water mains. What are your thoughts?
Also, they didn’t submit CAD files so I’m going to have to request those too to get the line work into GIS.
