The same issue is going to come up with the parking that came up with the Hickory Warehouse: 11-3A-19: STRUCTURE AND SITE DESIGN STANDARDS: 3. Parking Lots: a. For properties greater than two (2) acres in size, no more than fifty percent (50%) of the total off street parking area for the site shall be located between building facades and abutting streets. This either needs to be met, or you’ll have to request alternative compliance again. You can find that here: https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/meridianid/latest/meridian_id/0-0-0- 8321#JD_11-5B-5 In regard to the elevations, this might need to be explained: 5.1D For façade elevations visible from public roadways and along primary building entryways, incorporate an accent material on the first story. This would imply an additional accent material should be on the first floor. Can this be met? Have a great weekend! Those are the only changes. Thanks. Alan, I copied you on the other email to Kristina, but Joe Bongiorno had requested an increase to the drive aisle in the front parking lot and the gravel along the west side of the property extend to the back of the building. We have made those modifications on the attached sheet. I would like to contact them to ask for CAD files and could not find the application in the zip file in Accela with their contact info. Thanks! Alan / Bill, can you tell me when comments are due for A- 2020-0196? And yes, that design is bad- they need to bring in an 8 inch main and T off for the hydrant. I feel like there is a better way to not have parallel water mains. What are your thoughts? Also, they didn’t submit CAD files so I’m going to have to request those too to get the line work into GIS.
