Hi Sonya, In looking at the last approved application on the property (File #02-33-MSP) it appears to me that we didn’t require a cross agreement when the property was last developed. I didn’t see any indication of an easement on the site plan or the landscape plan and I didn’t see any requirements in the conditions of approval. I am working from home today and I don’t have access to the paper files in the office.
