Hi Sonya,
In looking at the last approved application on the property (File #02-33-MSP) it appears to me that we didn’t require a
cross agreement when the property was last developed. I didn’t see any indication of an easement on the site plan or
the landscape plan and I didn’t see any requirements in the conditions of approval.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.

I don’t know. The last application we had on this application was from 2002. I am working from home today and I don’t
have access to the paper files in the office. I will be in the office on Tuesday and I can pull the files to see if a cross-
access easement was depicted on the plans.

Can one of you please tell me if this property was required to provide a cross-access easement to the property to the
east with development? If so, could you send me a copy of the easement or site plan depicting the location of the
easement?
