NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of
Meridian and the laws of the State of Idaho, that Don & Angela Stierman
has filed with the Zoning Administrator of the City of Meridian an
application for an Accessory Use Permit for the operation of a one (1)
chair beauty salon out of their home at 1443 W. washington Street,
Meridian, Idaho; Comments, either objecting or approving, said Application
must be filed with the Zoning Administrator within fifteen (15) days after
the publication of this notice and shall be addressed to Jack Niemann,
Zoning Administrator, City of Meridian, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian,
Idaho.
If there are no objections to the Application the Zoning
Administrator may grant a permit.
If there are any objections filed
within the time allowed the Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold
a public hearing on the Application, after proper notice, and may
grant or deny the Application, after making and adopting Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law.
The property at 1433 W. Washington is more particularly described
as Lot 1, Block 4, Phillips Addition, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Any and all interested persons are welcome and invited to submit
comments.

RESIDENTIAL AREA COVENANTS
D-1 LAND USE AND BUILDING TYPE. No lots shall be used except for
residential purposes. No building shall be erected.. altered~ placed
or permitted to remain òn any lot other than on detached single
family dwelling not to exceed two and one-half stories in height
and a private garage for not more than three cars per unit.
D-2 ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL: No building shall be erected.. placed or

on upon any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon which way be
or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
D-8 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES. No structure of a temporary character,
trailer, basement, tent, shacl{, garage, barn, or othe1' outbuilding
shall be used on any lot at any time as a residence either te~porari
or permanently.

operations, refining, quar1'ying or mining operations of any kind

any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot, except dogs,
cats, or other household pets may be kept provided that they are
not kept, bred or maintained for any coITmercial purpose.
D-ll GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL. No lot shall be used or rnaL'1taine
as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage or other waste shal
not be kept except in sanitary containers. All incinerators or
other equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall
be kept in a clean and sé?J.-Ütary condition.
D-12 WATER SUPPLY. No individual water supply system shall be
permitted on any lot unless such system is located, constructed
and equipped in accordance with the requirements~ standards and
recormnendat ions of the Local Government. Approval of such system
as installed shall be obtained from such ~uthority.
D-13 SEWAGE DISPOSAL. No individual sewage- disposal system shall
be permitted on any lot unless such system is designed, located
and constructed in accordance with the requirements, standards and
recommendations of the Local Government. Approval of such swstem
as installed shall be obtained from such authority.
D-l4 INOPERATE~ PAr{KING. If any bo~ts, campers, trailers, in-
operative cars and etc., are to be stored, they must be parked
behind the building.

be binding on allparties and all persons claiming under them for
a period of thirty years from the date these covenants are recorded)
