This amendment (the "First Amendment") to the Lakeview Golf Course Management Agreement dated as
of October 13, 2020 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Idaho ("Lessee") and Kemper Sports Management, Inc.,
an Illinois corporation ("KSM").is made effective as of November 10, 2020 (the "First
Amendment Effective Date") by and between Lessee and KSM.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Agreement, KSM operates and manages the Club located in
Meridian, Idaho known as "Lakeview Golf Club" and
WHEREAS Lessee and KSM now desire to amend the Agreement to clarify the address of the
Club;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and agreements
herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Club Address. The parties acknowledge and agree that the address of the Club is: 4200 W.
Talamore, Meridian, Idaho 83642.
2. "Full Force and Effect. Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and conditions
of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment as of the First
Amendment Effective Date.
