NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday,December 3,2020 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following applications:
A-Team Land Consultants for Annexation and Zoning of
7.69 acres of land with a request for the R-15 zoning district;
a Preliminary Plat consisting of 48 residential building lots
and 9 common lots on approximately 4.69 acres of land in the
R-15 zoning district;and a Planned Unit Development for the
purpose of reducing the rear setback of the R-15 zoning dis-
trict for a portion of the development due to site constraints for
Compass Pointe Subdivision (H-2020-0100), located at the
southwest corner of E.Victory Rd.and S.Locust Grove Rd.
Sarah Martz with SEM Consulting for a Conditional Use
Permit for 3 four-plex units to a total of 12 units in the R-15
zoning district for Conner Square (H-2020-0107), located at
557 W.Idaho Ave.and 528 W.Broadway Ave.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
way Ave,Suite 104,Meridian,ID,83642;by email to cityclerk@
meridiancity.ora: by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting
"Comment"to 31996.All testimony and materials received or
presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
