The following are my comments regarding the Staff Report for the final Plat Larkspur Subdivision
No.4.
Site Specific Requirements
#] 0 At the City CounciJ Meeting for the preliminary plat a discussion took place that the City of
Møridjan could lIot make it a requirement of the plat to force Ada County Highway District to sell
land to LarkspIU LtC. That is the jurisdiction of ACHD and not the City. ACHD has said they
Want a Ucense agreement to landscape the area in question. At the City Council meeting a motion
was made and unanimously agreed by the Council that Larkspur Ltc be required by the City of
Meridian to "apply" for the vacation and ¡fthat was not success to then enter into a license
agreement with ACHD. And since the process may take Some time this requjrerneot would ol1ly
need to be met at occupancy and would not be a requireme.nt for the signing of the final plat.
Larkspur LtC has applied for the vacation.

#'22 At City Council pre! iminary plat meeting, it was noted that this stem wall was only referred to
being rteeded in the northeast comer of the proposed subdivision. To avoid confusion over the
interpretation of this note it is requested the note read ('Provide stem wa1l as roqulrltd along eastern
boundazy of Lots 26 to 28 Block 4."
