Zaremba: I'll open the Public Hearing for AZ 05-048 relating to the Carrington property and entertain a motion to continue it to November 17th, 2005. Rohm: Mr. Chairman? Zaremba: Commissioner Rohm. Item 7: Public Hearing: AZ 05-043 Request for Annexation and Zoning of 11.7 acres from RUT to R-4 zone for Sunstone Subdivision by Benchmark Construction - 1155 and 1123 North Black Cat Road: Item 8: Public Hearing: PP 05-045 Request for Preliminary Plat approval for 23 single-family residential building lots and 3 common area lots on 11.17 acres in a proposed R-4 zone for Sunstone Subdivision by Benchmark Construction - 1155 and 1123 North Black Cat Road: Zaremba: Moving right along. Open the Public Hearing for AZ 05-043 and PP 05-045, both relating to Sunstone Subdivision and we will begin with the staff report. Wilson: Thank you, Mr. Chairman, Members of the Commission. The application before you is for Sunstone Subdivision. It is located on the west side of Black Cat Road, south of Cherry Lane, on approximately 12 acres, 11.7 to be exact. I will just first thing touch on a -- one little error in the staff report. At the heading of the first page it does say that it's a preliminary plat for 23 building lots and three other lots on 11.7 acres
