Final Plat Hearing for El Gato Subdivison
Dear Mayor and Council,
Please table the Final Plat hearing for the El Gato Subdivision for two weeks. We are
working with ACHD on vacating right-of-way, per their request, and it is taking some
additional time to work through due to the holidays.
Additionally, Staff has informed me this week that the landscape plan that was submitted
with the final plat application is illegible. I have contacted our landscape architect to
order new copies of the plans and will have them to the City by Friday for their review
prior to the next hearing.
Please call me if you have any questions at 353-2515. I apologize for any inconvenience
that this may have caused.
