To: Gem State Planning,
We would like to express our concerns regarding the development of a bridge over Ten Mile Creek
between Ten Mile and Black Cat on W. Pine Street. There are many children and families crossing
W. Pine to go to Fuller Park, swimming pool, the baseball fields, and school. We would like to suggest
that dips, speed bumps and signage be used to SLOW the traffic speed. We would also like to see a
traffic light at W. Pine and Black Cat.
