Subject:I oppose the development planned for: Pine Street, West of Ten Mile Road
To whom it may concern,
I oppose the development planned for:
Pine Street and west of Ten Mile Road
I feel it would be a great danger to the children for several reasons.
A.) Pine is already extremely congested and this poses a high risk for bus stops and children in the area.
B.) 10 mile road and Pine already have a high rate of accidents and fatalities.
C.) Placing a community park in the corner against Ten Mile Creek poses a high drowning risk. There have
already been incidences of children falling or playing in this creek.
D.) The residents that live along the entire ten mile creek have to have a short fence to watch out for the
children.
Not only is this adding high risk traffic, the natural wildlife living in the field will have no where to go. This will be
devastating to not just humans but to the animals and our environment as well. Destructing the trees that have
been here for many years along 10 Mile Creek and disturbing the animals is inhumane.
Meridian is supposed to be a family-oriented community and by putting this development up ,it is cramming too
many people in a small place that will be a danger to all living things.
I vote no to this plan.
