There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned property , however it does in
fact possess a valid water right.
The Ten Mile Drain/Creek borders this property and the Army Corp of Engineers has jurisdiction
over this facility any changes to the channel and easements must be approved by them .
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties,
must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site .
Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of Control reserves
the right to review plans and require changes when our easements and/or facilities are affected
by unknown factors .
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31 -3805 , in accordance, this office is requesting any
copies of the irrigation and drainage plans .
