Irvine Subdivision - Request for Reconsideration
Dear Mayor and Council;
As representative for Dyver Development, LLC, please accept this request for reconsideration of
lrv:ù1e Subclivjsjon ArmexationiZoning, Preliminary Plat and PUD ,lpplications. On November 15,
2005, the Meridian City Council voted to deny the annexation application for this development. The
developer would like to address the Council and obtain info111'1atjoJ1 that would be helpful in gaining a
favorable decision on the development.
