Dear Mayor and Council;
As representative for Dyver Development, LLC, please accept this request for reconsideration of
Irv1ne Subclivisjon Annexation/Zonin& Preliminary PJat and PUD "pplicatiops. On November 15,
2005, the Meridian City Council voted to deny the annexation application for this development. The
developer would like to address the Council and obtain infonnatJon that would be helpful in gaining a
favorable decision on the development.
