A committee consisting of representatives from the Parks, Wastewater, Water,
Attorney / HR, Police and City Hall Departments reviewed the bid proposals for
Janitorial Services. After reviewing and interviewing the low bidder, the
committee recommends to the City Council to award the Janitorial Services to

In compliance with the invitation to Bid and Infonnation for Bidders for JanitOlial
Services, having examined the Specifications with related documents and the sites of the
proposed Work, and being familiar with all conditions sun-ounding the proposed work,
including the availability ofmaterial and labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor,
materials and supplies and complete the Work in accordance with the Contract
Documents during the time set forth therein and at the prices stated in the Bid Schedule
of Items and Prices. These prices are to Cover all expenses ineun-ed in perfonning the
Work required under the Contract Documents, of which this is a pali.
By submission of this Bid, each Bidder certifies, and in case of a joint Bid each
party thereto certifies as to his Own organization, that this Bid has been anived at
independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement as to any matter
relating to the Bid with any other Bid or with any other Bidder or with any competitor.
The Bidder agrees that the Work will be done during the bid year begiIU1ing
approximately October 1,2005 and ending September 30,2006.
