Subject: Site plan for Farmers & Merchants
Anna and Josh:
Attached is a site plan that we prepared on behalf of Farmers & Merchants to deal with the potential of allowing access by
Washington Federal customers through Farmers & Merchants parcel. Farmers & Merchants feels that this plan, which
has Washington Federal customers entering their site off of Broadway and through the Farmers & Merchants site is much
safer than allowing Washington Federal customers to exit through the Farmers & Merchants site. The plan was submitted
to Washington Federal for their review and consideration by Farmers & Merchants. To date, Washington Federal has not
indicated their acceptance of this plan.
