ITD requests a traffic impact study to analyze the development impacts to the highway and to detennine what improvements may be necessary to mitigate the increased traffic volumes. Any necessary improvements require a pennit fi:om lID which must be submitted by the agency with jurisdiction over Ten Mile Rd., or an authorized representative.
