Beings that this was noticed on our end as a Public Hearing I cannot take the Public Hearing portion off of the
agenda. It will have to be addressed at City Council that this was not intended to be a Public Hearing. I am
including our emails into Council packets so that they are aware of the situation. They cannot hold a Public
Hearing as the property wasn't posted anyway. -

This was scheduled for a public hearing at my request and it was actually supposed to be just a hearing at
Council. Can you please correct this on the agenda? The applicant is not required to notice the property.
