The Yanke project should not be a public hearing. I called Sonya and forwarded a copy of Brad H-C's e-mail to me on the
Stow-it reduction in platting requirements. which stated there was no public hearing required. The Yanke application was
submitted under the same rules as Stow-It. I did not post the property, as Brad said they didn't even send out notices.
Once you verify with Sonya, can you take the public hearing part off ofthe Yanke agenda item? Please call if you have
questions or need more information. Thanks"
