MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 22. 1999
The Special Meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:34 p.m.
on November 22, 1999 by Mayor Robelrt Corrie.
MEMBERS PRESENT: ROBERT CORRIE, GLENN BENTLEY, RON
ANDERSON, KEITH BIRD.
OTHERS PRESENT: BILL GORDON, BILL GIGRAY, CHERI McCANDLESS,
TAMMY deWEERD, WILL BERG.
Corrie: It's 6:34. Open the Special Me~ting on November the 2200, 1999 at 6:30
p.m. to go into Executive Session. I'll entertain a motion to go into the Executive
Session according to Idaho State Code 67~2345 (c).
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session according to Idaho State Code
67-2345 (c).
Anderson: I second it.
Corrie: Okay. Motion made and seconded. Any discussion? RolI..ca1i vote; Mr.
Bentley.
Bentley: Aye.
Corrie: Mr. Bird.
Bird: Aye.
Corrie: Mr. Anderson.
Anderson: Aye.
Corrie: Okay, and one abstained because not here. Okay. We'll go into
Executive Session.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES, ONE ABSTAINED
Corrie: Okay. Coming out of Executive Session, I'll entertain a motion for that
Bird: Mr. Mayor.
Corrie: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move that we come out of the meeting of Executive Session and go into
regular.

Anderson: I second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to come out of Executive Session and go
ínto regular session. All those in favor of the motion say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES, ONE ABSTAINED
Corrie: Let the records show that the Executive Session, no decísion was made
and came to, 50 we will have a regular session for this discussion will be on the
7th of December, regular meeting. Anything else coming before the Council, I will
entertain a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting.
Bird: So moved.
Anderson: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to adjourn the Special Meeting. It's 7:00. All
those in favor say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES, ONE ABSTAINED
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:00 P"M.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Meridian
will hold a Special Meeting at City Hall, 33 East Idaho, Meridian, Idaho, on
Monday, November 22, 1999 at 6:30 P.M. The Meridian City Council will
hold an Executive Session (session is closed to the public) in accordance with
Idaho State Code 67.2345 (c).
The public is welcome to attend the special meeting but the executive
session will be closed to the public.
