The following summaries the conditions and modifications: Conditions agreed to at the September 15, 2005 Planning and Zoning Hearing; - For those lots adjacent to Meridian Greens Subdivision, located on the east side of Larkspur Subdivision No. 2, the majority of the lots shall be at least 6,500 square feet and a few could be 6,200 square feet. All of the lots were modified to be at least G,500 square feet. - Them shall be a 25 foot backyard set back for those lots adjacent to Meridian Greens Subdivision- - There shall beaten foot wide landscape buffer on the lots adjace+lt to Meridian Greens Subdivision with the landscape plaal review by the Meridian Greens Homeowners Association Architectural Committee. The plan was reviewed and approved by the Committee on October 5, 2005, - Forty year Presidential Architectural grade shingles shall be used for those homes constructed on the lots adjacent to Meridian Greens Subdivision. Modifications to the Preliminary Plat; The total number of lots has been decreased from 54 to 52 and the buildable lots Have been decreased from 50 to 47. A can~mon lot has been added at the east end of Rosalyn Drive. The total area of the common lots is 10.26°/n.
