On September 6, 2005, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate a
an ACHD owned alley adjacent to Lots 1-9 and 22-30, Block 1 of the Amended
Plat of the Townsite of Meridian as shown in Book 2 of Plats on Page 61 in the
office of the Recorder Ada County, Idaho, and being located in the SW y.. of
Section 7, Township 3 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
