On July 26, 2005, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate a 16-
foot right of way easement on Lots 1-9, Block I of the amended plat of the
Townsite of Meridian for Meridian Creamery, located in theSW ~ of Section 7,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. .
