Dear Mr. Mills:
On September 6, 2005, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate a
20-foot wide portion of ACHD'right-of-way located at 701 North Black Cat
Road to be included as EI Gato Subdivision, located in the NE Y4 of the SE Y4 of
Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho.
