Subject:Subdivision at Pine St. and BlackCat Rd.
I am opposed to the refining of that parcel of land at the SouthEast corner of Pine St. and Black Cat Rd. That
many homes or condos on that parcel would certainly add more traffic congestion than there already is and
make it more difficult for us residents already living in our subdivision to safely get out onto BlackCat. I
strongly request that you vote no on this proposal.
