Our statements & responses are as follows: Item No. 4 Lots 2, 3, & 5 in Block 1 of Midvalley center subdivision according to the official plot there of, filed in book 79 of plots at pages 8481 & 8482, records of Ada County, Idaho. Item No. 6 Nothing prevents compliance with ordinance, but we are requesting 1~a additional liyhtod-or lit sign due to our location on three lots & lot configuration., c)~J ez~ .~-r ~,e~T ' Item No. 7 Item No. 8 Minimum requirements for number of I~ signs from One on building to two signs. Reque?ng increase in signs allowed. O~ ort~ ~N~, The difficulty or hardship would be to our patients/clients ability to locate our facility since we front two streets at the same time in an L-shaped lot with an existing building in front on the corner. This building blocks the signage view depending on what street you are approaching. Our patients/clients are on a referral basis and not so much repeat business and are often times asked to schedule exams during dark hoursl Item No. g We feel that our project is on (3) lots with two different street access points. Our most prominent access is on South Allen. The City of Meridian has issued us a Magic View Drive address, which is an access location but not the main entry. We would like signage which can be seen at both locations. Item No. 10 Item No. 11 The peculiar situation with this is our three lots are being converted into one and the entire lot being L-shaped with two main roads as access. Now add a building on the interior corner as shown on site plan & you can see that visually our building & signs are difficult to see. Item No. 13 Since we purchased (3) lots and constructed only one structure, and because of the visual interference due to the layout we don't feel the addition of one l~l~e~l sign is giving us any special privilege denied to other lands or structures.
