APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE -~______RE-CEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $7,552,575, AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO: Section 1.
