Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application
for Conditional Use Pennit to modify the Conditions of Approval for CUP 05-030, in order to
allow the existing building at 703 North Main Street to remain and to allow a public use in the
0- T zone for Fanners & Merchants State Bank.
