Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.

BRIDGETOWER CROSSING NO. 2
STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be constructed to Ada County Highway District
standards and in compliance with the Meridian Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed final plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance and
Comprehensive Plan.
The development will connect to central sewer and water services provided by the city.
The final plat is in compliance with the approved preliminary plat with exception of the
following:
a. The (35') landscape lot along Ten Mile Road has been replaced by a 35' scape
easement. The change was due to a change in staff policy on landscape buffers.
A city well site has been added, Lot 1, Block 10. The remainder is a open space
lot for the White Drain, Lot 2, Block 10 and merged into Lot 3, Block 10.
The proposed final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and
surveying practices and local standards.
Street names comply with the list approved by the Street Name Committee.
All items on the check list are complete.
