Annexation and Zoning of 28.6 Acres from RUT (Ada County) to R-15 (Medium-High Density Residential) and L-Q (Limited Office), by Ten-Mile Development, LLC. (File No. AZ-05-016) . Preliminary Plat Approval of one (1) Multi-Family Building Lots, and one (1) commercial office lot, by Ten-Mile Development, LLC. (File No. PP-05-023) . Conditional Use Pennit Approval for a Planned Development consisting of77 multi-family structures on a single lot with a Private Clubhouse/Park and multiuse pathways with no Minimum Lot Frontages for the L-O commercial daycare/office buildings by Ten-Mile Development, LLC (File No. CUP-05- 026) On September 1, 2005 staff received the revised site plans for the planned development for the Silver Oaks Subdivision. Although the applicant reduced the number of residential four-plexes by seven units to seventy total units, it still does not seem to meet the concerns expressed by the Mayor and Council from the hearing of July 26,2005. The outstanding issues identified on July 26, 2005 were the density/number of residences located along a primarily non-residential, commercial/industrial comdor. Staff finds the following options for Council on AZ-05-0l6, PP-05-023, and CUP-05-026: 1. Adopt the findings from July 26,2005 2.
