CITY OF MERIDIAN
NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of tbe State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of
7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20,2005, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application AZ 05-028 of Michael Arnke for Annexation and Zoning of 2.06 acres from RUT
to R-40 zone for Arnke Subdivision;
Furthermore, the applicant requests the application PP 05-028 for Preliminary Plat
approval of 18 building lots and 3 common lots on 2.06 acres in a proposed R-40 zone for
Arnke Subdivision and CUP 05-037 for a Conditional Use Permit for 18 townhouses in a
proposed R-40 zone for Arnke Subdivision located at 2070 West Pine Avenue.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the City Clerk's office at
Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, and is available for inspection during regular
business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A copy of the application is available to review upon request Any and all interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit
testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials
should be submitted to the City Clerk no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing
date 50 that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials
presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desirtng
accommodation for disabilities reiated to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City
Clerk's Office at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this
application. If you have questions about the traffic that this deveiopment may generate or the
impact of that traffic on streets in the area, please contact the Ada County Highway District at
