DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION REVIEW FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho, at the
hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2005, for the purpose of hearing public
comment prior to considering the adoption of the following new and / or increased fees
for Planning Department Development Application Review Fees under the new Unified
Development Code for the City of Meridian, proposed for adoption effective September
15, 2005.

Meridian, Idaho and said file is available for review during regular business hours. Any
and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing and the public is
welcome and invited to submit written or oral testimony.
