Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application
for Miscellaneous application for approval to remove the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and
Development Agreement requirement for a 20 foot landscape buffer on the southern boundary
of the property for Olsen Bush Subdivision No.2.
