To Members and influencers of Planning and Zoning.
I would like to express that I am very opposed to the current plan for this small area.
1) As a person who has to drive through the Locust Grove/ Victory intersection daily this
is already over crowded.
The roundabout will help but cars won't be able to get out of there nor cross over
lanes to turn in. They will block traffic.
2) Where are the parks/playground and common areas. Where will their children play?
Where will they walk their dogs (and poop)?
They are trying to claim they have open areas but they are really part of parking
areas.
3) It does not fit in with any of the housing in the area and sets a bad precedent. 50
housing units in 7.6 acres ?
I see the developer is a California company. This development is not in keeping with what
makes Meridian Idaho great .
Do not approve this as this even if it is not in your backyard.
